How you can care for yourself once bedtimes are smoother (because after we work together, those predictable nights happen more often than not)

As a pediatric nurse practitioner, helping kids (and their families) sleep better has been my job for over 14 years.
Now, I help make bedtimes smoother and mornings calmer for working parents who feel like they’ve tried everything and still dread the moments they have to lay their baby down in the crib.
I may have my doctorate in nursing, but learning from me never feels “clinical” — this is a space where we can talk as friends about what works, what doesn’t, and why, so everyone in your nest can get a lot more rest.
