- Preliminary evaluation/intake review
- Virtual 60-minute initial interview/consultation over zoom
- Nursery/room assessment
- Emailed personalized sleep plan (PDF) after consultation
- Access to real-time daily sleep log
- Daily texting support from 8am-8pm ET
- Weekly 30- minute phone calls during sleep plan implementation
- Four additional 30-minute zoom calls to be used anytime within 1 year of sleep plan purchase
- Ten pack email support to be used after completion of package within 1 year of sleep plan purchase
- Initial support must be used within 3 months of purchase
