Time: Baby (4-18 months): 1 pm

- You want to learn about nap transitions & age appropriate sleep schedules
- You want to learn how to handle sleep regressions
- You want to learn bedtime routines with visuals as your toddler grows
- You want a baby sleep resource that you can take home with you (printed resource sleep guide included in workshop)
- And build a community of parents who want to grow and learn with you
Investment: $45 per workshop which covers enrollment for both parents and baby sleep resource guide
