My wife and I have a wonderful little boy that had all sorts of trouble going to sleep on his own, napping for longer than 45 minutes, falling back asleep on his own, and sleeping through the night. My daughter turned 2 years old in September, but continued to wake up 2-6 times each night crying for something.  Even though we already had all of the proper equipment to help her sleep and stay asleep, like black out shade, Hatch sound machine, a pretty good routine, she would continue to wake up.  Since she is our first child, my wife and I struggle nightly to problem solve why she was waking up.  Were the neighbors loud?  Did the cats run passed her door?  Did the washing machine shake her awake?  Night after night, we would lose so much sleep trying to problem solve why she couldn't sleep throughout the night, even though she would sleep for 2+ hours straight at her daycare on her own.  We knew she could do it, but what was the difference?  How do we help our child sleep well at home, and not needed to be rocked back to sleep every time?
My wife and I hit rock bottom trying to figure out how to help our daughter sleep, while not just letting our daughter "cry it out."  We wanted to support our daughter, but we were lost.  People kept telling us that "it'll get better" but it just wasn't.  We needed help.
We searched on google for a sleep consultant and thank god we found Nested Sleep and Kelsey.  Right from her 15-minute free consultation, Kelsey was punctual, kind, patient, empathetic, calming, and very personal.  She was professional in her email message, sleeping packages, scheduling calls, etc.  From two parents that desperately needed help to provide a better life for our kids, Kelsey was always there to answer our lengthy questions timely and with great detail, and we never ever, ever, EVER had to wait for her to provide direction on anything.  She was always prepared and ahead of the game.  Lastly, we've talked to our parents, friends, and doctors about different opinions on how to help our kids sleep, whether its co-sleeping, or cry it out, or the "chair" method, etc. Each time someone brought up a “method,” they made it seem easily said than done. With Kelsey’s direction and endless support, she walked us through each method, and the different scenarios that could happen.
After about 3 to 4 days of using Kelsey's plan for our daughter, my wife and I started to sleep throughout the night without rocking her back to sleep.  I couldn't believe how well, and quickly the process worked.  Of course, my wife and I would continue to have questions when things didn't go smoothly, like, what do we do if my daughter wakes up in the middle of the night, or should we use sleep sacks or install toddler rail?  Kelsey was right there to answer the questions immediately.
Nested sleep worked so well, that we used Kelsey again to help us with our 10-month-old son the next 2 weeks, since he was starting daycare in 3 weeks and was concerned that he wouldn't know how to sleep on his own once he got there.  Kelsey put together a different plan for our son than our daughter because of their different ages.  Nap schedule, routine, and sleep methods were completely different, but again, Kelsey kindly walked us through the plan and answered our countless questions very quickly.
From a cost perspective, the money is priceless since my wife and I were not getting any sleep, and we were very stressed after trying absolutely everything to support our daughter to sleep throughout the night without rocking.  My energy is back since I’m able to sleep longer and more continuous, and my daughter is actually more rested and healthier now that she has the skills to sleep throughout the night, and if she wakes up, she can put herself back to sleep, like a “big girl.”

Kelsey was absolutely amazing!  I never thought bedtime can go smoothly.  My daughter is 4 and we've been struggling with putting her to bed just about every night for the past 4 years.

What Kelsey stepped was through was absolute transformative.  My daughter is falling a sleep on her own and we have a solid bedtime routine that she loves.

Here is our story : ) We have two kids now : 2,5 years old toddler and 4 month baby. They both super sweet and adorable. They both have a lot of energy 😝😜🤪especially our oldest one . She used to go to bed at midnight. And that was tough. But once her sister has arrived that midnight time shifted to 1am-2 am and that was just “too much” for everyone in a family . She has helped us create a new foundation for bedtime with our preschooler and we're continuing what we've learned from her in our quest to not only minimize (and soon eliminate) middle of the night wake ups, but more evenly divide the night-time workload between myself and my husband. Kelsey saved us after we had a third baby. My older two kids were waking up overnight and after a few weeks we turned to Kelsey to help us out. The great part of her technique is that it is a gradual process that was not hard to implement for either parents despite our different parenting techniques. It was a gradual process for our kids too and we appreciated that it didn’t have to be as harsh as we imagined.
