Kelsey is a lifesaver. We contacted her when we were at the end of our rope - we had waited until our daughter was almost 2 to start sleeping well. She never did. And when it was taking us 3 hours to get her down at night we knew we had to do something. She wasn’t going to sleep until 9:30-9:45 pm! When my husband grumbled about paying someone to help us, I told him the support was for ME - I needed someone who was rooted in medicine, childhood development and had firsthand experience. She validated all of my feelings, frustrations and heartbreak and gave us a plan that honored my motherly instincts. Our baby is now going to sleep in her crib by herself at 8 pm. Highly recommend working with Kelsey! She is so knowledgable and sweet. Kelsey made the transition from bassinet to crib seamless. Our baby was waking up during naps and she helped us to drop a nap and figure out a schedule that was right for our little one. After working with Nested Sleep, we went on a trip with a two hour time difference and it was so easy because of her guidance in how to manage sleep schedules. I truly thought putting a baby down awake and happy - having them put themselves to sleep - AND - sleeping through the night was a myth. But after a few DAYS of working with Kelsey our 9 month old daughter who had been up 5 times a night to be rocked back to sleep was sleeping 12+ hours without a peep. Kelsey is exceptional! I came to her after my almost 3 year old hadn't been sleeping through the night (up every hour or more) for 2.5 months and I was on the brink of a breakdown. She was previously a great sleeper and I had no idea how to get her back there. Kelsey was such a calming presence and gave me the sanity checks I needed until I was able to get my daughter sleeping again. Kelsey at Nested Sleep helped us get our 2.5 year old sleeping independently through the night again! We found Kelsey through our pediatrician after our son had a major sleep regression turned consistent sleep pattern just after his second birthday. After meeting with Kelsey we received a personalized two week sleep plan, which I admit I was extremely skeptical of given the multiple issues we were working through. Not only did our son start sleeping through the night before the two weeks were over, but he transitioned to a toddler bed, now puts himself to sleep, and is no longer waking up at 5 am!  Its been a few weeks since we took over the routine on our own and he is still going strong. Sleep training is a game changer, most people know this but are afraid of the crying or not addressing your baby’s needs. Kelsey was exactly what we needed to build the confidence to ensure we felt we were addressing our child’s needs by building a personalized approach that built in night feeds and allowed for a conservative approach to crying. She really listened to us and gave us a plan we felt confident we could execute. After our time together, our son is sleeping almost 12 hours nightly and has two LONG independent naps daily and our entire household is in a better mood, including the dogs! Had I known how much better our baby would be doing, I would’ve started this process with Kelsey even earlier! He went from being a cranky little guy who woke up almost every hour at night to a drastically improved mood, eating better and sleeping better. Kelsey at Nested Sleep is AMAZING! She helped our five month old go from waking up every two hours a night to only having one night wake up feed—meaning our baby slept from 7pm-4:30am! And after a couple weeks he now sleeps until 5:00am with a quick feed and then back to sleep until 7:30am. We now have a schedule to guide us during the day including routines, nap times and wake windows. Kelsey is extremely knowledgeable and helped calm our nerves when it came to all things sleep. She personalizes plans to families needs. Our daily schedule is so dialed in now that just when we notice our baby starting to get fussy, boom! We look at the clock and he’s right on schedule for his nap! Down to the minute! Her timing recommendations are impeccable! She is always just a email, call or text away, and cares deeply for the families she works with. I highly recommend reaching out to Kelsey!
