Our Philosophy
We believe every family deserves a restful nights sleep in order to be happy and healthy. Coming from a science background Kelsey uses evidence based sleep approaches to successfully get your child sleeping in a developmentally appropriate way. We know that every child is unique and a customized sleep plan approach will allow for long term sleep success. No one sleep program is right for every child and that is why we have experience in a variety of methods to help you find the one that works best for your family.
How does the sleep consultation work?
First we meet, either in person or virtually, to find the root of the core sleep concern. Then we collect data while implementing the personalized sleep plan which is emailed to you and your family. After about 1 week after recognizing patterns we schedule a follow-up call and tweak plan as needed. All the while we are in frequent communication over email with any daily hiccups. At the end of the meeting period we schedule a closure meeting and provide anticipatory guidance so you know what to expect as your child grows. The entire sleep consultation process is generally about 2-3 weeks, with longer followup if needed.
